To make a recording of the interpretation, the client needs to contact the company before the conference.

A small amount of copyright fee will be charged for the recording of interpretation if anagreement for recording is made.

Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for loss or damage for a larger amount than the contract amount.

Should the company be unable to provide the contracted services due to reasons outside the company's control, it must compensate for the loss or damages.
